About Us

Explore & Develop Artarmon is privately owned and operated by two early childhood professionals and mums. Our main philosphy is balancing an educational curriculum with a secure and nurturing homelike environment for your children.

We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the industry to design a centre which offers spaces for children, families and staff to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community.

In our naturally decorated homelike environment children will feel comfortable to explore, experiment and develop new skills at their own unique pace. In addition to our four individually designed playrooms, we have included many special features in our centre such as an open kitchen, family area, art studios and a naturalistic outdoor play area in order to extend and enhance the experiences of children and their families.

Our complete family friendly service is aimed at taking the stress out of getting your child ready for a fantastic day at Explore & Develop. We provide everything that your child will need while at the centre including hot cooked meals, cot and bed sheets, sunscreen, nappies, bottles and formula.

Our service offers higher than required staff to child ratios and extra Early Childhood trained staff, to ensure that your family is being offered the highest quality teaching and the best Early Childhood service possible.

We cater for children 0 - 6 years of age, between the hours of 7.30am - 6.00pm, and are conveniently located in Campbell St directly off the Pacific Hwy at Artarmon, only 4 km from North Sydney and 8km from the Sydney CBD.
